John Harrison Contracting (JHC) was founded by John Harrison in 1987. JHC is a service provider for the utilities and state and primary focus is to help low-income households address their energy conservation needs at no-cost through energy efficiency programs in the counties of Imperial, San Bernardino, and Riverside.

As a service provider, JHC conducts retrofit services to make homes more efficient, comfortable, and safe. JHC, a Minority Business Enterprise, has delivered energy efficiency services to thousands of households under contract by the Southern California utilities, the State of California, and the Public Housing Authority.

Since 1987, JHC has continuously achieved its contractual obligations by delivering timely, quality, and professional services. As a result, JHC’s clients have continuously extended and expanded JHC’s role in their energy efficiency program plans. JHC has extensive experience in conducting energy-efficiency program services that target single and multi-family dwellings, as well as mobile homes, including those occupied by low-income families.
