JHC’s COVID-19 Response & Safety Measures

As states and local services begin to modify or lift their stay-at-home regulations, the health and safety of our clients, employees, and communities will still remain our top priority.

Due to the nature of our work, we're implementing extra precautions and steps in order to prevent any further risks.

All of our employees are being held to strict compliance through the CDC guidelines for your safety.

Performing Daily Health Checks

As stated above, health is our top priority and in order for us to uphold this, we will be monitoring all our employees and checking signs for COVID-19 prior to each visit.

Social Distancing

We will continue to practice social distancing and remaining at minimum 6-feet.

Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Upon arrival of Installation, Assessment, or Review Home Visits we will be fully kitted with face masks, coveralls, shoe covers, and nitrile gloves.

Everyday Hygiene Precautions

We will continue to wash our hands as needed while also avoiding touching of the face. In addition, we will sanitize and disinfect any surfaces we happen to come in contact with.

California Resources for Employees Out of Work due to COVID-19

Employers can direct affected employees to the Employment Development Department’s website, which provides information specific to COVID-19.  The EDD has been updating this website regularly in addition to expanding its resources to include missing work related to caregiving, quarantine and school closures.
